In this image we see the following objects for consideration:
1) A POPE
2) A POPE'S MITRE HOLDING UP A KING'S CROWN
3) A MITRE LIKENESS CONTAINING 6 STARS HELD OVER BIRD
4) A BIRD/DOVE WITH HALO
This is a pope who supported the king while the king kept the pope operating [one hand washes the other]. The mitre with six stars represents a different pope who was installed at the same time. One was an antepope [anti-pope] ordained by France, one was Rome's choice of a pope. The bird with a halo represents the pope of choice.
1) Antepope Nicholas V  1328–1330, supported by Louis IV, Holy Roman Emperor - in opposition to: Pope John XXII
2) Anti-pope John XXIII (1370-1419) - in opposition to Gregory XI
3) Antepope Clement VII, aka Robert of Geneva 1378–1394, Avignon, France - in opposition to: Pope Urban VI
4) Antepope Amadeus of Savoy (Felix V), November, 1439 to April, 1449, in opposition to Eugene IV
