In this image we see the following objects for consideration:
An ANGEL installing a POPE at the CORONATION, with a lamb KING present, as well as FOUR WITNESSES.
There are two other possible versions of this plate image that do not include an angel, nor do they include a king/lamb see below. Since I don't read the language, it may represent a separate incident.
Interesting that the angel has green wings.
