The land of Shem also includes all the Mesopotamian Valley, which also became famous as it was the cradle of civilized history. Sumer is particularly famous, as is Ur and Nippur. #2525 - Ham: name means hot, warm, exceedingly hot; as bread is hot from the oven, as garments are too warm against the skin. The people thereof will spread abroad - out of their continent of Africa. The 'curse' was set upon the Canaanites of Ham - originally of Africa. Canaan became cursed [actually afflicted] for observing the father's nakedness - the secret parts in Africa. The Canaanites became SUBSERVIENT to Japheth & Shem because of this affliction - not because they did anything bad, but because they observed something in their land that was harmful to their bodies and genetics.

#3315 Yepheth {yeh'-feth} from #6601; Japheth. Name means enlarged, open spaces; including many coastal areas, spreading northward. Also means to entice, deceive, persuade, flatter, allure, and becken. Land of the Gentiles, which means people that are not Hebrew - of Eber. 'Lands of the North-East'. Japheth's lands will reach into the tents of Shem.

The name Eber is referring to the region beyond - a passage way that leads to the 'other' side.
The name Eber also means to pass over, cross over, from the rivers beyond – the rivers of Sumer. Eber represents an important marker in the history of the people from the land of Shem, as he was credited as being the father of 'all the children of Eber’. Later his descendants were simply called ‘Hebrew’. The reason history records Eber’s lineage in this manner is that Eber was the first ancestor to come into Egypt. Here in America, my father’s Matteson line landed in Rhode Island in the year 1666. Nearly all Mattesons in America are ‘sons of Henry Matteson’, our eldest ancestor arriving in America. The fathers of Henry get no recognition as they are unknown. We are the ‘children of Henry Matteson’, just as descendants from the land of Shem were the ‘children of Eber’. Eber was the first ancestor to arrive in Egypt. In the days of Peleg, the son of Eber, 'the earth was divided'. Peleg is the ancestor of Abraham - another famous one. Abram is the first to be called a Hebrew – instead ‘of Eber’.
HEBREW WORD STUDY ON THE NAME PELEG
Peleg: the name in Hebrew means division, one of the sons of Eber; so called because "in his days was the earth divided" (Gen. 10:25). #6389 Peleg {peh'-leg} the same as #6388; Peleg = 'division', son of Eber and brother of Joktan.
#6388 = Peleg {peh'-leg} from #6385, meaning river, stream, channel, canal. #6385 = palag {paw-lag} to divide, to split, to be split, be divided, cleave.
Gen 10:25 "And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother's name was Joktan." Gen 11:16 "And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg." 1Ch 1:19 "And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of the one was Peleg; because in his days the earth was divided: and his brother's name was Joktan".
The sons of Joktan - Peleg's brother, are the last mentioned generation before the tower of Babel was built. The 'Tower of Babel' was an attempt at building a pyramid, imitating the genuine pyramids built previously by the gods, in the land of Egypt. Many such 'babels' were attempted, and built across the lands, all in imitation of the original monuments.

Clearly the name Peleg is referring to when the continents were separated - there surely must have been people living on the planet when this cataclysmic event occurred - according to the bible. Only recently have researchers found that man did indeed live alongside the dinosaur. The Ice Age ended about 12,000 years ago, the Flood occurred about 12,000 years ago, and I believe this is also the time of the Continental Drift, and probably the sinking of Atlantis.

Evidently the bible is telling us that people lived on the earth during the Pangaea stage - when earth had but one continent. Peleg was born at the time when the earth was divided - or when the earth mass became separated into divided continents. Today there are 7 continents, but the present land masses didn't start out that way. The land mass for SHEM originally included NORTH AMERICA, BRITISH ISLES, EGYPT, other NORTHERN ISLES, the MIDDLE EAST, and EUROPE as one unit. Amazingly, this is where you will find the Hebrew [Israelites] today. Noah refers to an amazing shifting of the earth's plates - see above for the meaning of the name 'Noah'.

PANG-AEA = means the entire earth as one land mass.
The land masses before the Continental Drift -check out the large image below, then look at the map at the bottom of this page to see where Noah's 'three' sons are located today. It is spectacular that these same areas are where the Israelites are located today - these being the people of the land of Shem - named after Eber, i.e. the Hebrews.
South America once rested beside Africa entirely ice covered, but now South America is a continent in its own right. The earth in its pang-aea state, before the drift took place, was the 'fatherland' - the process of the 'shifting earth' was a motion associated with the name 'Noah'. In other cultures the name was Ziusudra, or Utnapishtim, or Deucalion, or Nama, or by many other names. All these stories were telling of the Continental Drift. Perhaps the seven continents were finally opened up and set in their respective places during the birth of Sheba, whose name means 'seven'. Sheba is a son from the line of Shem - generation five.

Scientists version of the event: "The movement of plates has caused the formation and break-up of continents over time, including occasional formation of a super continent that contains most or all of the continents. The super continent Rodinia is thought to have formed about 1 billion years ago and to have embodied most or all of Earth's continents, and broken up into eight continents around 600 million years ago. The eight continents later re-assembled into another super continent called Pangaea; Pangea eventually broke up into Laurasia (which became North America and Eurasia) and Gondwana (which became the remaining continents)."

I DON'T CARE WHAT SCIENTISTS SAY - THE CONTINENTAL DRIFT DID NOT OCCUR MILLIONS OF YEARS AGO - THEY ARE WRONG - IT WAS THOUSANDS OF YEARS AGO - 12,000 - 30,000. THERE WERE PEOPLE LIVING ON THE EARTH AT THE TIME. IT HAPPENED WHEN THE ICE AGE ENDED - WHEN THE TECTONIC PLATES SHIFTED, THIS CAUSED THE 'GREAT FLOOD'. THE CAUSE COULD HAVE BEEN WHEN A GIANT RED PLANET PASSED THROUGH OUR SOLAR SYSTEM.

Noah, his sons, the flood, and the ark is a story about the Continental Drift. Such a catastrophic event would be told from generation to generation - more so than any other event in history. This goes for all the other 'flood' stories from around the world as well - they are all speaking of the same event! Stories relating to this Continental Drift - when the land masses started moving - first forming three continents, and later to become seven continents. Name of first 3 continents: Shem, Ham, & Japheth, the other 4 were presumably still covered with ice. Perhaps these remaining continents were meant for the brown races of people, aka the indigenous races. Makes for a neat and orderly scenario anyway. Africa for the blacks, 'Shem' for the whites, Asia for the Asian, South America for the browns.
Could other mythical stories, long-told legendary stories, such as the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah be relating to this same event that lasted for forty years. The 'drift' would have started out subtly, then picking up momentum, which would cause earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, flooding, and weather extremes. When flooding became a problem and seemed to get worse instead of better along the sea coasts, lakes, and rivers, people would have built boats to ride out the high water. Every nation, every tongue and people, would have needed to build boats. This event did not occur because the people were bad - and were being punished - this was a natural event occurring upon the face of the earth - or as a result of an intruding planet within our solar system. After all, there is evidence of planet remains between Mars and Jupiter, now known as the asteroid belt.

Note: Mongoloids and Caucasoids may prove to have been originally from the same race.

CANAAN & the Canaanites
The correct definition of 'Canaan' is from the Hebrew word 'Kana'. The Canaanites were in and of North Africa. Historians have been incorrect about the identification of the Canaanites and their original homeland. The land of the Canaanites was originally ancient Egypt, which was later given to the descendants of Eber, the Hebrew Israelites, from the land of Shem. The ancient Egyptians were white Hebrews, originating from the Mesopotamian Valley, the people of Shem.
The reason the curse wasn't put on Ham, is because Ham was a continent - Africa. The people of Africa were black Canaanites and Cushites. Canaan was NOT a grandson of Noah - as Noah was not a person. Canaan was the same as Cain. Noah was the shifting action of the Pangaea and the drifting that took place when the tectonic plates shifted - Noah was an active event. Most Canaanites stayed in Africa, other than Egypt, and mixed with the Cushites and other black races.

Note: Black Africans may have been exposed to some type of radiation, which occurred somewhere in West Africa approximately 3,000 years ago. Black Africans were absent from the continent's central, eastern, and southern regions before that time.

NOTE:

THE PHOENICIANS WERE NOT CANAANITES

The Phoenicians came into the area of Libya after the Canaanites. The Phoenicians were Sea People, traders and merchants who also became ship builders.
The only reason the definition of a Canaanite was a considered to be 'traders or merchants' [see below], is because historians incorrectly associated the Phoenicians with the same people as the Canaanites. However, I ask you - how was the subservient 'curse', or affliction, ever present with the Phoenicians? The curse is with Africans of Canaanite descent. It is not my curse so don't blame me. I'm merely one who dares unveil the truth.

The following definition of 'Canaan' is INCORRECT:

Canaan = "lowland", the 4th son of Ham and the progenitor of the Phoenicians and of the various nations who peopled the seacoast of Palestine, the land west of the Jordan peopled by the descendants of Canaan and subsequently conquered by the Israelites under Joshua, merchant, trader.

It had struck me odd that I couldn't really figure how Canaan has been a perpetual servant to Shem and Japheth, as there is no evidence of this 'servant curse' with the Canaanites [thinking they were the Phoenicians] in history, or in modern times. Then from my notebooks came another word in conjunction with Noah's curse, it was 'the subservient ones'.

Noah's affliction/curse on Africa, ie Ham's Canaan, was to be subservient - not a servant in the sense of a slave.

GENTILES - non-Hebrews
(Heb., usually in plural, goyim), meaning in general all nations except the Israelites, who were inheritors of the Shem areas. All those who are not of the Hebrew descent, or all those not descending from Eber from the 'land' of Shem. Gentiles would be those originating on the land of 'Japheth' - Asia. Africans would also be considered Gentiles, as they are not of Shem or Eber.
Gentiles: #1471 gowy {go'-ee} rarely (shortened) goy {go'-ee}from the same root as #1465; A nation, heathen, Gentiles, people, of non-Hebrew people. Goyim. #'s 1460 - 1465 gevah {gay-vaw'} body, in back, among, midst, behind.

The peoples originating from the land of Shem were a white race, also known as the Eber>Hebrew>Hiberi>Irish.

The first three continents [seen in the land map above], were identified as Shem, Ham, & Japheth immediately after the flood - about 12,000 years ago. These identifying sections changed with time as new land became free of ice, the population grew, new territories opened up, new homelands were embarked upon, etc. The names of the three 'sons' are positively identifying land mass, not the earliest ancestor of three races of people. Today we have seven continents, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Antarctica, Australia, Europe.

Reality check:
Noah's 3 'sons' do not account for every race of mankind on the face of the earth today, they represent the first three continents. The flood story was told in many ancient cultures from various nations with different names of the hero [meaning the earth in it's state of Pangaea]. There were recordings of different locations for the flood, and different causes of the flood. The great flood happened when the Ice Age ended, about 12,000 years ago, at the same time there was a shifting of the tectonic plates causing the land masses to shift out of their resting places. This shifting of the plates is probably what caused the Ice Age to come to an end. The poles would have shifted. Not all civilization was wiped out as per the biblical story, and it didn't happen because the people were bad. The ark did not contain a pair of every animal found on the face of the earth - there would have been numerous arks and boats built at that time. The flood probably did not cover the entire earth, but near the coastlines, rivers, water ways, lakes, etc.

In Reality:
The name 'Ham' means arid and Hot, HAM refers to the continent of Africa - not a man. The Latin word 'aprica', means 'sunny'. The Greek word 'aphrike', means "without cold.
The name 'JAPHETH' means 'large wide open spaces', which refers to the continent of Asia. It is possible the name 'Japan' came from the name 'Japheth'. 'Japan' means 'sun-rising' [in the east]. This Asian land mass meets the land of Shem - 'abides at the tents of Shem'.
The name 'SHEM' means 'glorious' and 'famous', which refers to the original Shem, which was the Mesopotamian Valley and Egypt - not a man's name. Famous because this is the land where the ancient gods lived - at Sumer and Ur, and where the pyramid monuments stood. Egyptians referred to their unified country as tAwy, meaning 'Two Lands', or two straights, upper and lower Egypt, upper and lower kingdoms.

The Great Flood and Noah's Ark Story
Genesis chapters 9 -11

Most biblical scholars that write about the origins of mankind start with the three sons of Noah. They tell us that the Asian people are from Japheth, the black Africans from Ham, and the white European people from Shem. When we ask them 'what about the brown-skinned indigenous [native] people that occupied all islands and continents on the face of the earth, they say that either Noah himself was brown skinned, or Noah had a daughter that was brown skinned. This is ridiculous and it does not make any sense whatsoever. Furthermore, the biblical account of the Great Flood is just one of hundreds of many stories from all over the world about a flood.

Noah's ark and Great Flood makes for a nice children's story, but logic, reasoning, and common sense in adulthood, tells us differently. Sumerian clay tablets dating from the third millennium BCE, tell of a great flood whose hero is Ziusudra - not Noah. In addition, there is a Babylonian flood story from the second millennium BCE from 'The Legend of Gilgamesh'. This legend portrays a much greater detailed story than that of the Sumerian tablets, or the Biblical version, and the hero in the Babylonian account is a just man named, Utnapishtim. Chances are the scriptures we call the Old Testament, were probably written during the capture and imprisonment of the kingdom of Judah during the 606-585 BCE time frame. These ancient stories would have been desperately written down to preserve them - before all Judah was murdered by Babylonians. The flood story, as well as many other stories from the book of Genesis, were commonly known and told amongst various nations of all ancient peoples - each nation telling the legends a little differently than the others, but basically referring to the same events.

God is supposed to be all-caring, kind, and compassionate. A God that intentionally wipes out all his 'children' in a flood because they were being 'bad', ranks right up there with the mother from Texas who drowned her five kids in the bathtub because they were 'bad'. The mother is serving a life sentence in prison - and this God.....?

Furthermore, if all earth's inhabitants, except for Noah's family, were killed by the punishing flood, why did the Gods spare the lives of many 'giants' whom were previously deemed bad to the bone? There were still 'giants' living amongst the people long after the flood had supposedly killed all inhabitants except Noah's descendants.

    Numbers 13:22 And they ascended by the south, and came unto Hebron; where Ahiman, Sheshai, and Talmai, the children of Anak, were. (Now Hebron was built seven years before Zoan in Egypt.). [Anak was a giant]
    Deut 9:2 A people great and tall, the children of the Anakims, whom thou knowest, and of whom thou hast heard say, Who can stand before the children of Anak!
    Joshua 15:13 And unto Caleb the son of Jephunneh he gave a part among the children of Judah, according to the commandment of the LORD to Joshua, even the city of Arba the father of Anak, which city is Hebron.
    Judges 1:20 And they gave Hebron unto Caleb, as Moses said: and he expelled thence the three sons of Anak.
    Numbers 13:28 Nevertheless the people be strong that dwell in the land, and the cities are walled, and very great: and moreover we saw the children of Anak there.

Giants, Anak, Anakims: Hebrew: 'Rephaim', a race of giants (Deut. 3:11) who lived on the east side of Jordan, from whom Og was descended. They were probably the original inhabitants of the land before the immigration of the Canaanites. They were conquered by Chedorlaomer (Gen. 14:5), and their territories were promised as a possession to Abraham (15:20). The Anakim, Zuzim, and Emim were branches of this 'giant' stock.

Noah's 'sons', if they were actually biological sons of Noah, would have all been of one race, one skin type, having one father. They do not represent the Asian, the African blacks, and the white races of people - they represent the continents that these people were to inherit. The Asian people do live in the 'Japheth' area; Shem represents the white race and does live in the land masses assigned to Shem; Ham was given the continent of Africa.

THE ORIGINAL FLOOD STORY

"For six days and seven nights the flood wind blew as the South Storm swept the land. At sunrise in the seventh day the South Storm, bringer of the flood, and which had fought like an army, abated its attack. The sea grew quieter, the storm subsided, the flood ceased. I looked at the weather; It had gone quiet. All men had returned to clay. The land had been levelled like a terrace. I opened a dove flap And light fell upon my face, I bowed, sat down and wept, tears flowing down my cheeks. I peered in every direction but the sea was everywhere, in each of the 14 regions there emerged a mountain peak for that point (18).
The boat came to rest on Mount Nisir (19). Mount Nisir held the boat fast, Allowing no shifting position. One day, a second day, Mount Nisir held the boat fast, allowing no shifting position. A 3rd day, a 4th day and a 6th day, Mount Nisir held the boat fast, allowing no shifting position. When the seventh day dawned, I brought a dove out and set it free. He who has transgressed, on him lay his transgression, but oh be merciful, lest all be destroyed. Be long suffering, that man may not perish. THE CONFOUNDING OF 'LANGUAGES'

The story related to in Genesis 11:1-9 regarding the 'confounding of languages', can also be interpreted as follows simply by using different Hebrew meanings for the same words:
1 The entire population of the earth was like-minded in worship and belief, with one 'religion', and they understood each other, and were in agreement with one another. 2 And it came to pass, as the people journeyed FROM the east, that they found a level valley in the land of Shinar [Egypt], and they dwelt there. This place has been thought to be in Mesopotamia, at Sumer, the country of two rivers; BUT, most likely it was Egypt, the 'land of the two straits', the land of the pyramid monuments - the SHEMS. 3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they took brick for stone, and slime they used for mortar. 4 And they said, let us build a monument - a tower whose top will reach unto heaven; and let us make us a monument [Shem = name] to the Gods, before we are again scattered about upon the face of the whole earth. This was the scene and state of mind of the people after the continents drifted apart - people were fearful of what might be happening next - they so wished to please the Gods to preserve their lives. They witnessed earthquakes, flooding, land moving and drifting out to sea, and the stars in the heavens changing locations. 5 And the god YHWH came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men built. 6 And YHWH said to the other Gods, Behold, the people are all like-minded, and they have all one belief and are in agreement; and this they together begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do. 7 Let us go down, and confound their unified beliefs and utterances, that they may not understand or agree with one another's thoughts and principles. 8 So YHWH caused them to become scattered across the face of the earth by shaming them into different beliefs and confusing their worship of the Gods. This resulted in a desire to be separated from those who did not believe as you believed. The people became so much in disagreement with each others belief and thoughts relating to worship that they wished to be in separate locations on the earth, and they gave up the idea to build the city and the monument at that time and place. 9 Therefore is the name of this place called Babel (meaning mingled thoughts and beliefs, such as is the city of Jerusalem today, which is in a state of genuine 'Babel', meaning a mingled blend of religious worship - not jointly in agreement or in acceptance of each other's beliefs. This was done at the hand of YHWH. At Babel, YHWH first confounded the religion and worship of all the populations of the earth, and from thence did YHWH cause them to be scattered abroad upon the face of all the earth - each to their own way of worship.
