BELOW [left] IS A LIST OF 'SACRIFICES', WHICH WERE MEANT TO BE OFFERED [GIVEN UP]
NOT BLOODY ANIMAL OR HUMAN SACRIFICES - BLOOD SACRIFICES
ARE PAGAN - PAGAN - PAGAN TO THE CORE.
Think about it - why would an Almighty Creator of the entire Universe and beyond, desire bloody sacrifices of ANYONE? The ignorance of ancient people, mixed with their pagan ways, warped their entire sense of reality. Luckily, today, we have the good sense, logic, and reasoning, to know the difference between pagan acts and thought patterns, and wise reality. Blood sacrifices are taboo and equal to the thinking of primitive Africans, [in certain parts of that continent], who still do make such pagan blood sacrifices to their gods.
BLOODY SACRIFICES

 HAVE PAGAN ORIGINS

What about Abraham you ask?  Surely, logic tells us that it would have been something from the list at left that Abraham actually offered to sacrifice - not the sacrificing of his actual son.  Abraham’s sacrifice could have amounted to giving up of a strong boisterous ego, or perhaps sexual lust, or the love of material things - or anything of like nature - but NOT a bloody sacrifice of his son. To have the intent of offering up a bloody sacrifice of his physical son would have been pagan and contrary to wisdom and logic - which are attributes of the REAL Creator.  ANY god who would require blood-sacrifices does not represent the true Great Spirit Creator of all wisdom and LIGHT [knowledge]. Remember, the fruit doesn't fall far from the true - if your god required a blood sacrifice - think heathen god.

On the other hand, Abraham's story may have been solely for our benefit, not affecting Abraham’s benefit at all.  Abraham was perfect and needed no sacrifices - Abraham was a teacher. The lesson was that we do need to give up things that keep us from evolving [progressing] spiritually. We must Ascend into a higher realm of spirituality and will not achieve that goal unless we 'sacrifice' that which is holding us in bondage - things such as you see in the list at left. Warning: do not offer to sacrifice your children or red heifers - this is pagan and the Great Spirit will surely attribute it to pagan ways and traditions.
The list of ‘sacrificial animals’ [at far left] shows the kind of offerings to sacrifice, i.e., to GET RID OF, for the purpose of Spiritual growth and evolution of souls. It is not that the Elohiym desired or needed the sacrifices, but rather, the Elohiym were instructing man on how to get rid of these ‘animals’ for man’s personal spiritual progression. Sins are of different strengths and levels of impurity - some more severe than others. There are minor sacrifices too, called ‘bird sacrifices’ - these can be compared to little white lies, or minor sins, such as telling fibs, cheating on an exam, vanity, irritableness, and over-eating, for example.
The more your ‘sin’ injures others, the greater the sin - if the ‘sin’ only hurts you, it can still be a ’sin’ because it prevents your Spiritual growth, but that is what life is all about - the growth and evolution of the soul. The ultimate goal is Spiritual ASCENSION!
Why speak to you as if you were an ancient people? Because most people are still of that mindset.  Jesus was not a blood sacrifice required by the Great Spirit Creator - and the Great Spirit Creator does not require animal sacrifices when a 3rd Jewish Temple is constructed.
Definition of pagan:

Relating to religious beliefs that do not belong to any of the main religions of the world Cambridge Dictionary.
The Hebrew Scriptures contains many references to various societies surrounding the Israelites - such as the Babylonians, Canaanites, and Philistines, who were commonly referred to as Pagans.

Was the kettle calling the pot ‘black’?
There are allegations that these ‘pagan’ societies engaged in human sacrifices - but what was Abraham going to do himself?
The pagan altars were often referred to as “high places –is this why Abraham climbed a high hill to offer his son on a constructed altar?
Ancient faiths of ancient Celtic, Egyptian, Grecian, Norse, Roman, and other cultures are frequently referred to as Pagan religions when compared to modern-day thinking.

What about the origins of main-stream religions - are they oblivious to the origins of their own early traditions?
Even when ‘other than main-stream religions’ have strict conduct codes, their followers are often portrayed as heathen, pagan, or immoral – why is this? Perhaps we should examine main-stream religions more closely - could they derive from heathen origins?

THESE ARE PATTERNS OF THE HEATHEN WAY OF THINKING AND ARE PAGAN.
