This is the large limited edition print of "Falling Giant" by Jon Crane. The photos below are of the print we are selling.
We purchased this print in 1980's in Colorado.
This print is numbered #395 of 950 limited edition.
The print's measurements of actual painted surface is 18 3/4" x 26 3/8".  The frame is 29 1/2" x 23 3/4  the wood is oak. The print with the border around the picture measures 21 3/4 x 27 1/2.
The old mill in this print no longer exist. The estimated retail value of this print is between $3000.00 and $3500.00.
If buyer wants the print sent in a mailing tube the shipping will be $18.00 including insurance. If sent in the frame/glass the shipping is $70.00, which will include professional packing and insurance. Any excess shipping charges will be refunded to buyer.

The print has faded some as it is 32 years old and across the bottom white area of the print's border there are some spots - this print has been stored in the attic for several years where it is dark. .
