You can purchase "Sounding the Shofar" directly from the printing company at LULU.com. All International orders are accepted. There are only a couple places in Africa that LuLu doesn't accept payments because of their history of fraudulent credit cards; however, all other payments Internationally are received by LuLu.
Below is the list of possible payment methods:

Lulu printers accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

They accept debit and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

If you pay with a debit or check card, enter it as though it were a regular credit card.

They do not currently accept Maestro credit cards or the Visa Electron.

Lulu does not accept personal checks or money orders.

Note: If you pay by eCheck on PayPal (directly from a bank account), it will take 3-4 days for your eCheck to clear and for the status of your account to show Paid
